I hope it works for you! amigurumi are pretty tough because the tight and uniform look is the goal but most of the time simply finishing the piece is my goal 😂

the hearts look great! I would recommend sizing the hook down when you're just beginning only because it's hard to keep a tight tension for me sometimes so I'll size down to accommodate my hand strain

work in progress Sophie Scarf on 4.0mm double ended needles and multicolored speckled fingering weight yarn

here's my current attempt at the Sophie Scarf! No I am not following a pattern, but I looked up a starting video on youtube and just ran with it. I've also decided to do a more pronounced set of increases which doesn't look as smooth but it suits my needs. Excited to get it finished up soon 💚

I love how this form looks! and the head is articulated? that's amazing.. I've never attempted anything like this but one day I'll muster the discipline 😂

it's so hard to want to go to sleep early. On my days off I have boundless energy because work is so physical for me and on my off days I rarely even leave my couch lol

maybe I should add knitting to my bio too. I am knitting at the moment but who knows how long that'll last. I am so much more motivated to finish pieces that work up quicker and I am not a fast knitter.

the washing/softening/blocking was such a process.. I wonder if there's a better way that doesn't involve having to squeeze out so much water
