Oh, squids were like 1cm x ~3cm or so in size. Used a macro lens to take pics

A very small squid, mostly translucent with some orange on arms/cone. There are tiny blue and orange dots over the squid's mantle. There's a visible, small oval organ in the centre of the body that is possibly the ink sac. It has 2 large eyes on either side of the head that look kind of bluey-silver with wide black pupils.

Small squid that is mostly orange in colour. Its body appears somewhat translucent but is almost entirely covered in several shades of orange to red dots that range in size from very small to large. The dotting goes from the arms all the way to the fins at top of the mantle. There are also some very small (smaller than the red-orange dots) blue dots on the mantle. It has large eyes that appear dark blue colored in the lighting. There is a bluish organ visible in the center of the body that is possibly the ink sac.

She saw family in Lebanon. Now this Brown Medicine doctor is being held at Logan for deportation. Dr. Rasha Alawieh flew into Logan Airport Thursday after visiting family in Lebanon. She's being detained now at Logan without legal counsel.

Haha, we brought back some ketchup chips just last week! My parents said grab the family size when I was putting the bags in the cart and I was like "this IS the family size" lol. They're so tiny by comparison. Also, I really don't understand why Lays doesn't sell ketchup chips in the USA

Lol that is interesting. Imo it kinda makes sense in that if you will cheat in something low stakes like games for fun you'd cheat in other parts of life. Similarly, imo there seems to be a lot of overlap between academics who falsify data & academics accused of sexual misconduct...

I don't think anyone should have to feel guilty for their sense of taste for what it is worth, but I understand that's how you feel and I hope over time that can change. imo it shouldn't be something to feel bad about just like people shouldn't feel bad for allergies or other dietary restrictions ❤️

I think things that get reinforced a lot during childhood can be hard to overcome. I was lucky in that I had a parent who is the same way so there was an obv genetic link

It's a little awkward sometimes & occasionally I'll force myself to eat some things for sake of politeness but generally I don't feel guilty for being how I am cause that's just how it is 🤷🏻‍♀️
esp as I'm happy to bring my own food if necessary & don't expect anyone to cater to my tastes!

I felt bad about it a lot as a kid, esp as ppl were so judgy of my mom. SO many friends' moms would force us to eat stuff (we wouldn't ask for anything special, just to NOT eat) bc they thought it was just bad parenting. Now that I know it's just how my brain/body is I don't feel bad anymore...

Lol, reminds me of a prof who did stuff like that. The "normal" slides were an intense royal blue with yellow text. He also had overlapping text boxes that even he couldn't read but spent like 15mins of class time trying. He didn't even fix for next year's class 😭

Gave my guinea pig a new paper bag to play in and he's already making renovations! His old bag (2nd pic) was falling to pieces he chewed it so much! This pig has a fleece hidey, a wooden hidey, and a castle with a second floor but the simple paper bag is always his favourite lol 🥰
