But unfortunately, the percentage is still in the 50 to 60% range which means 41% approve or don't care.

As I said earlier today, the percentages have to get into the 70s for politicians on both sides to make adjustments. At least the high 60s. Just my opinion....

I think if the country gets to 70 or 80% disapproval, you will see some movement in Congress.

That 50 to 60% one way or the other has been a constant for decades.

That is part of the problem.

Even FDR had trouble with the Supreme Court when the general population, and even Congress was behind him

(S)he also better have quite a few bodyguards going forward...
