Let there be as much outrage from politicians in Washington when kids go hungry as there is when I break bread with New Yorkers.
Smaller homes, apartments, retirement communities (not nursing homes. the over 55 places that tend to be cheaper because there's less people in the market.)
And when necessary, assisted living facilities and nursing homes, preferably as part of a national health system.

If they can get it that far. They now have the knowledge and supply lines they need. If they wanted to do it, it's a matter of buying/making the equipment for enrichment, which they'd have to have supply chains for, and getting the uranium, which they also obviously have a supply chain for.
