New Tomodachi Life 2, new Rhythm Heaven, more Metroid Prime 4 footage, new Somnium Files, what a fucking Direct

Metroid’s always had incredible art direction, but holy fuck does the Prime series ever go above and beyond (pun intended)

I was so shocked to see him gone entirely, considering he was the only other founding member left. At least Dave Lowmiller does a great job filling the void, his screams on Overwhelming Harmony gave me chills

Here before the Onion closes its doors because no satire can match reality at this point

Like I said, this should be obvious, but I'm currently looking into going to therapy, and that's come with a lot of self-examination and re-evaluation of my personal goals. I always worry about how long it's been since my last cover, tweet, stream, review, but it's just not worth doing that, is it?

I had a revelation recently that I probably should've had years ago: it's not worth trying to hold myself to a schedule or amount of consistent videos/covers when I don't have the mental bandwith to commit to that rn

Once I learn how to metal scream properly... the covers I'll be able to make

I can stomach a reply or two to moots on there, but Twitter is just poison for my mental health in the long-term. Doesn't help that the algorithm just constantly feeds me drama LMAO

Gonna be going back to lurking on Twitter, but heavy emphasis on lurk. If I'm getting back into covering stuff, I'll need to post there every now and again for promo, but BSky will still be my main platform for pretty much everything else plus promos

Sorry, this was a very random vent, but I feel like I keep trapping myself in this cycle of creative highs and then dead periods of nothing, and I'm just nostalgic for the old days where that wasn't an issue

I’m listening to some of them now and I was SO unpolished with pretty much everything. At least that’s what it feels like, it might just be personal hindsight bias

I’ve been thinking of redoing a lot of my oldest covers, now that I’ve improved so much from my older days back in 2020 (5 years ago 😭)

Real talk, why did people not like Age of Ultron again? I'm rewatching the movie and it's honestly just so much fun from beginning to end

I think the biggest achievement of Marvel Rivals is just that it's endlessly fun. No hero I've played so far feels bad or clunky, the maps are all awesome, you get those classic Overwatch 1 moments of hype as a game draws to a close, and I feel like I could play it for hours

My gf sent me a picture of her Thanksgiving fit, and I’ve never missed someone more in my entire life. She looks so stunning, it’s unfair 😭😭

I feel like I should start trying to compile year-end lists for music. Best albums, best songs, most disappointing releases, things like that
