mmhm, i have done this a few times! i find it exhausting to recall so many details, especially when so many of them are so repetitive. but i do find a lot of connections to things that are making me feel anxious irl, too

i get those sometimes too, it's not fun having to remember what's real and what isn't in those moments 😔

having nightmares on a near-daily basis is not fun, i do not recommend it
