Every time one of us will unthinkingly use these new dimes as they are circulated we will be spreading the symbol, that too is part of the metaphysical ritual to spread intention, even subconsciously.
The new US Mint Dime will no longer feature an olive branch (symbol of peace), but it keeps the eagle holding arrows, transforming the symbol image to only represent war.
Use and spread of symbols, even when casually, is a metaphysical act for manifestation of energy toward a desired outcome.
