The 10 Commandments highlight the most important parts of God's laws. Slavery is not a thing God invented. MAN invented slavery in his own corruptness. Therefore, that would be irrelevant.

I don't think you understand how rampant slavery was and still is in that area of the world. Back then, everyone either owned a slave or was a slave. God was allowing them to have free will while still following His teachings. Hope this helps!
