I was asking this question and I wasn't coming up with many answers. I thought this might be a part of the reason. And, it's mostly harmless fun rather than violent. A lot more welcoming to join in with than aggression.

It's been a nightmare recently on Facebook where behaviour has been concerned. It's turning more into X. I don't look at my Feeds anymore. I go directly to where I want and ignore the comments sections. Hitting the block button helps. But it doesn't help those who are being targeted.

Why don't people get all of it back? Fair usage etc. What people may not be aware of is the mileage and usage of the hired vehicles needs to be explained. It isn't a car or vehicle given to people to be used by them or a registered driver. There are terms and conditions. Easily looked up.

Those with significant needs to the point they need an adapted vehicle large deposits need to be paid. Many don't receive that money back. They'd be better off focusing on the costs of Motorbility rather than focusing on the recipient using the system - notes previous scandals (easily looked up).

I found this out with my father in law. He's entitled to Attendance Allowance instead of PIP although it's less than PIP, even if his needs are significant. I'm not sure how they can reason the lesser amounts with the same needs due to age.

And I certainly hope if there are others that had done similar they will also be held accountable and public money (our money) is returned. I know they need one lead case so there is principle precedence or a leading case. In the case of transparency and public money there needs to be change.
