I’m a real estate agent, and I really do not like virtual staging. Especially when no photos of what the actual property are shared. Agents disclose it’s “virtual” in tiny print that almost no one notices. It’s not shocking at all that it’s just getting worse due to AI.

I don’t know how to tackle these things. I’m trying to learn what I can. But I think identifying these things is important. I do think one good route is getting more medical providers and associations on board like the progress we saw recently at some LC forums. /4

Besides that, Covid as the danger WE know it to be just isn’t lining up with the “lived” reality of many folks (never mind that lab tests would show otherwise). They’ve caught it, seen others catch it and have been “just fine” (the quotes are there for a reason). /3

1 - Get them to understand that Covid is a risk; and 2 - Get them to care about that in relation to themselves and other people. There is a HUGE body of research now and yes media coverage. But in our 24/7 dumpster fire of a news cycle, those stories and that information barely registers. But /2
