The freight RRs don’t want any extra capital expense or potential liability or limitation.

And commuter rail operators need maintain good relationships with their hosts, particularly for dispatch.

Yes, I would certainly want to asses that risk, particularly for other counties.

But the airport situation and noise issues there does present a clear place to put them, where they already must address nuisances.

Yeah, I don’t find that argument persuasive

Right. Not only is some innocent trans kid the subject of intense political scrutiny from outsiders, now people want to kick them off the swim team, too.

The collateral damage just makes me sad; so many sports (and teams) even at the HS level are all about participation; and even without the discriminatory angle, denying that opportunity to a certain class of kid is wrong.

And doing so in the name of “fairness” is twisted!

Yeah. It’s not rational to argue balls and strikes with a little league ump! But…
