Tummy Thoughts
I have to say also I am really amused at the framing of buddhist parables having "antagonists" but I found one sorta
(adapted from: www.101zenstories.info/p/9-moon-can... )
Nystre was bewildered. It ate the clothes and wandered off.
Axi sat naked watching the moon.
"Fuck..." they mused, "I should have let it eat me, too."
Axi, a tiger, lived a simple life in a little hut. One evening, Nystre, a thief, visited the hut, only to find there was nothing to steal.
Axi returned and caught Nystre in the act. "You must have come a long way to visit me, and you should not return empty handed. Please, eat my clothes."
I love the puzzle-spots, this is a really fun design

woah... the flowers hanging on the door, the falling key... this feels really evocative, I like it.
I was definitely noticing that errors on my screen were more noticeable than the actual stripes around this point
actually it's degradation play (in that sharpies are slightly acidic and will degrade the stone)
doodling on you with a sharpie

my masterpiece of prompt engineering:
hell yeah, this is what I'm talking about
Yeah like, I get that "make your own website" is a hard sell as a complete social media replacement, but for folks who have already cleared that hurdle, I'm hoping it could be a more reasonable thing to encourage.
I just think that, if you're already going to the trouble of making a cool personal web space, it would be really neat for folks to add a page to boost other artists doing the same.
Nowadays, it feels like people just link back to their own social media pages and rely on bluesky or whatever as the discovery mechanism? And it makes these pages feel like cul-de-sacs rather than a big network of independent artists.
Back in the day before centralized social media, everyone's personal site had a page of links to other people's personal sites, and you could hop around from one artist to another and find cool new work that way.
I've seen an upswing over the last few years of people making their own little websites, but there's one feature that I'd really like to see come back that often seems omitted: the Links page!
Semantic whitespace drives me up a wall xwx
I know python is widely loved but I feel like it leaves things implied that I would prefer explicitly stated? I know it's just as deterministic as any other programming language but I prefer the explicit-ness feeling of something like C#.
Yeah! You have really fun ideas, and you present them nicely. Your work is honestly some of my favorite kink writing. ^^
I'm glad you like the pic!
Aw, I think you're nice too <3
Exploring some fun ideas with @nystre.bsky.social like "what if a jamcat had a really big tummy" and "what if a certain tiger was missing for a while"
