Today I lost one of my mentors and friend who was just a sunbeam of a person and I really just am feeling a combination of utter shock and sorrow. It feels so surreal and I’m in so much disbelief that I cannot process it. It doesn’t feel real and I don’t know what to do with myself.

It’s always bittersweet to use fabric I planned for a cosplay years ago that never got completed on something else because there was always so many feelings of hope and excitement tied to that project. But I would rather see all these beautiful materials get used than sit around gathering dust.

Was it the heat? Was it standing too much? Was it standing not enough? Who the fuck knows certainly not my doctors. Literally the left side of my body will just freak out and then decide nah we’re actually good and it’s done this for YEARS.

Last week my legs were in so much pain and this week they feel pretty much back to normal and I just wanna know what the actual fuck bodies are because I feel like my body will flare and feel like it’s in a coffee grinder and then it will mysteriously be like that was just a phase you’re normal now

It has been so long since I’ve had to buy Eva foam for cosplay but I need to get some of the pre-beveled foam strips. (I do not want to bevel my own if I don’t have to) The last time I got them Arda still carried them but no longer do. Any recommendations?

I was good and chose REST today instead of class with REGRET. It is simply unfair *languishing*

It’s my left arm so that’s my “party side” aka the really fucked up side of my body, the rotator cuff injury, chronic migraine, shingles nerve pain, shin splints, nerve damage from endo growing on my hip bone side. You know the usual suspect side. The side I’ve been trying to train more 🤪

Pretty sure I fucked up my arm recently so I’ve been milking muscle relaxers today and have been icing it all evening. It’s been bothering me for awhile but the last week or so it’s been worse and I think I may have gone a bit too hard training. Bodies continue to in fact suck

L pop practice from yesterday and legs are starting to look a little more like a L than a V hehehe I do not have good hip flexibility because of all the pelvic dysfunction so we gotta work things a little bit slowly.

My health anxiety has been at an all
time high this week and I’m just trying to convince myself that all the issues I’m having is largely related to the heat being so bad but man sometimes my brain does like to overthink just a little too much 🙃

Arms and neck (lol typo)

I kinda wonder if something got popped out of place during aerial since there is so much strain on muscles through the arms and next. Perhaps I have been pushing myself too hard 😞🫠

I think my jaw has been slightly dislocated for the past few weeks and I didn’t quite realize it until I accidentally popped it back into place 🙃 bodies are so fucked up. I know I have issues with that joint so it’s not 100% surprisingly but at the same time I couldn’t figure out why it felt so off
