Move freight to rail, build high-speed passenger rail & other good public transport.

We can't eliminate risk, but we can do better than we have been doing.

Reducing the number of trucks on roads would help, as would discouraging tall vehicles (SUVs, tall utes), which rollover too readily.

The Hare-Clarke system isn't the problem; it's correctly representing the electorate's votes.

Petulant politicians refusing to accept the voters' decision & form a minority or coalition government are the problem.
