I know our trust in Blizzard's writing is near 0 but c'mon people you can't possibly be able to give any sort of valid criticism on leaks without context attached to them 😭

This game has a serious problem with datamining/leaks and I feel like it's been getting worse where every little thing gets blown so out of proportion it becomes inescapable especially if you're actively trying to avoid spoilers

I don't wanna see people preemptively complain all the time man

The problem is that Devourer is just Demon Hunter but purple.
They have demon horns, and fel eyes, and Traditional Illidari masks, and their Meta is just a Demon but Purple.

They've done no work whatsover into this being Void Hunters, they are just a recolor

I now turn my attention to #Flower

I lie, it wouldnt be set in this universe but in one heavily inspired by it.

I also love love the theme of the game, of not forcing your 'path' unto other people and rather let them find it.

I just wish it also nailed on that some people need help finding their path, it cant always be expected for them to do it alone

The thing that makes me decide to connect all this games is that Matt Nava is the Art Director for all of them (afaik) and you can see it clearly as those games are, i would say, even a genre of its own.

I still need to play Flower and Sword of the Sea, but this is the moment I decide that, if I had the friends to, I would love GMing a TTRPG set in this universe (which ik isnt exactly a shared universe, but it is to me)

So we come back to the second phase, to a goddam power fantasy beating the crap out of the Godslayer I LOVED IT

Before the secons phase of the fight there is an Interlude, ns interlude that helps our character recover their strenght, and that first part of the fight is when the character was at their lowest, when they lost their friend

I goddam hated the fight with The Godslayer, it has 2 phases.
In one you are pathetic, takes like 30sec to recover if you get hit, its honestly a really boring fight and I hated it

But thats not the full fight

Spoilers ahead for #ThePathless bc I just finished it and the game is goddam incredibly and the ending had my opinion take a 180⁰ turn in less than an hour
