As a former bus connoisseur I think it really depends. I took the megabus round trip from Atlanta to Chicago (15 ish hrs each way) and took a 24 hr bus ride back from NYC (7 hour layover in DC or something). I'd much rather fly now for those trips. TSA/airports suck though, way more stressful
