I'm thinking Scotland needs to offer birthright citizenship to Americans as reparation for sheep clearing.
(Nova Scotia is such a weird place when you're two centuries from Skye, like I am. People do double takes, like they know you, because we all are redheaded cousins.)
So, any ancestor in Canada since the beginning of time that's ever lived in Canada & we can have dual citizenship.
