Just looking in to see what is what. Blues, cats, cakes and photography and stuff. Might have spent 30 years in broadcast. Header pic Caban Coch Dam in the Elan Valley in Wales. Water topping the dam is normal when it is full.

Marauding baa baa's can be an issue. When they are out it is slow anyway. Look after them.
We have a lot of mobile and static camera's, easier on an island. The Motorway have a lot as well. Some sections are average speed. You just get a letter in the post saying you been naughty and Β£60 please.
If you start the tune to the Archers and people start joining in, dead giveaway.

Not really an issue in built up. Doesn't really gain you a lot. Just down the road from me are national speed limits aplenty.
Here is not 20 either. I was doing 60 officer.... cough cough
*Important Notice To My Customers In The USA*
Last week Donald Trump brought forward the end of the De Minimis exemption for goods under $800 to 29th August, much, much sooner than anyone anticipated and with no time for postal services on either side of the Atlantic to adapt to this change.

08.08.2025 11:56 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Four curved fossils, each resembling animal horns, are displayed against a plain white background. Their textures vary from smooth to ridged, in shades of grey and brown. A blue banner to the right reads: βMythical Creatures, 26 Jul 2025 β 22 Feb 2026.β The Colchester Castle logo is shown in the bottom left corner.
British folklore called these fossils Devilβs toenails: gnarly oyster shells up to 200 million years old. They might not belong to the Devil, but theyβre still ancient, strange, and wonderful. Loads on the beaches around here, sometimes loose but usually embedded, sometimes single, sometimes large groups. Often with friends. But always I have always called the devils toenails.

Funny how I manage to do it every day with no lack of concentration. Needle works just fine at 20 as it does at 30 or 60 etc.
I often see young L drivers in the 20 sections doing what they should and they manage it.
Maybe he needs refresher lessons.
A spoked wooden gun carriage wheel propped up against a wall, surrounded by items including a dagger, nit combs, shoes and a flagon. There is also a smaller solid wheel next to it.
These days you keep your spare wheel in the boot, on the Mary Rose they used the orlop deck!
The orlop deck, from the Dutch 'overlopen', or overlap, was the lowest deck of a ship, used to store everything from clothes to longbows, as well as spare parts for gun carriages!

I am bemused, anecdotal, heating allowance one biggy but expect socials and press have played their part well. Wales is supposed to be a nation that looks after people, Italian cafe's are a thing, now a few generations in but we have the demons getting bolder. Will people see No10 and Senedd separate
