I would very much *not* recommend a full day of physical labour (painting a wall alone) if you’ve also had a really shitty morning because, as it turns out, being physically and mentally exhausted at the same time is not good for you.

Made me think of getting another therapy appointment asap but my current therapist (substitute, main one is on pregnancy/parental leave until sometime next month) has honestly been pretty ineffective so I don’t think there’d be much point to it

No choice but to persist through the horrors, I guess

Tried looking for jobs and studies this morning and found out I’ve developed a negative response to it (and maybe some mild trauma?) from all my turned down job applications and failed attempts at higher education, because I started crying when scrolling through everything ._.
