A zen film is, it's a movie made with literally no script. Typically shot in the desert for no money. Often roller blades and swords are involved.

Yin Yang Insane is only 40 minutes long. 30 minutes of it is Robert Z'Dar monologuing while driving a car, making up the story on the fly. The other 10 minutes is him mugging at the camera. I recommend checking it out just for scenes like the enclosed gif

THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE YIPPIE KI-YAY VIDEO RELEASED ALBERT PYUN DIRECTOR'S CUT OF THE FILM. Captain America is a film that is often maligned due to several, glaring issues. Most of these, had nothing to do with the films Director, Albert Pyun. Pyun's original vision for this film shines through this "Man out of Time" tale. It's restructuring works well to tell the narrative in not only a way that makes more sense, but helps intersperse a bit more action throughout the film. Now, I'm aware NO amount of a director's cut is going to cut past some of the more jarring issues at play (I'm looking at you, smooth rubber suit and fake glued on ears) but this truly shines as the film it is MEANT to be, to the best of it's extent. While it is no masterpiece, it does help redeem Pyun in this venture. I liked it!
