Musk not only lacks empathy, he's adamantly opposed to it. No wonder he wants to eliminate DEI from the government. He would prefer it be eliminated from western society as a whole. Call me crazy, but I don't think that is the type of person that should oversee DEI, anymore than a klansman should.

I don't understand your point. Every president wants to expand the powers of the executive branch. THAT's expected. What's not expected is to explicitly say "I'm going to overrule or impeach the other branches of government when they don't agree with me."
