I officially moved to Anchorage 10 years ago yesterday. By far the longest (as an adult) and best (ever) place I’ve lived. The outdoor spaces, the indoor places, the friends, and the community make it so special. Plus, I met my soulmate here 🥲

My childhood best friend was a piano prodigy so I never thought piano was hard until I tried lessons myself. My brain just doesn’t have much musical capability. But I love piano music, so now 30 years since my last piano lesson, I signed myself up for piano lessons again.

My cat passed away a little before she turned 16. Progressive kidney failure. She’s resting easy now.
