Despite my severe back pain, I was able to attend my mate's father's birthday party today and go out for dinner with them. The food was delicious.

But unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the evening with my mate for long because my back pain was unimaginably painful. 😖

God, I've never had such back pain and stomach ache as I did last night. I'm not sure if it's because of the home workout I did or if it's the first symptom of a cold, which is unlikely because I don't feel sick enough.

But the pain is really unbearable, so much so that I can't sleep well.
