Spending my staycation doing various fiber crafting. Today is for spinning and playing with my new blending board. First thing -- try to fish out the styrofoam I inadvertently knocked into it while unboxing. 😆
Heading to spinning tonight at a LYS right after work. Am wondering if it's too cold out for my [old] drive band if my wheel hangs out in the car all day... 🤔
My #nakniswemoways25 is finally done; and, just in time! Yarns are @whyknotfibers Starlit & @universal_yarn Deluxe Worsted. Both were from @wovenartshop and in my stash. Had 7 yds remaining of the main color, so it almost became a game of yarn chicken. 😂

One of the folks from Sparta referred to Mt. Dew as a soda. This makes my heart sing to hear that after being picked on that Michiganders don't say that. Westsiders do!
Am at the most adorable no-tell motel in TC. I even have an actual key (!) for my room. But the most endearing part -- there's a bonfire pit out back & I'm hanging out with other guests (a couple from Sparta and a family from Chicago).

After a complete shit show day of delays & delays, we're actually on our way to Munich! Nice of Delta to give us $96 in food vouchers, overnight lodging, & an apology note. Hung out on the lounge for at least 10 hours total spread between yesterday (2 sessions) & today.
