Spent the evening re-learning how to do basic html/css. I have a specific filter-able (by date and by catagory) blog posts page that I want to create & a lot of coding to learn in order to make that work.

After 15 years and restarting the game three times, I finally beat FF8. :3
I ended up really liking the drawing magic/junctioning system. It was refreshing not worrying about conserving MP/SP. Story was fun. Squall & Rinoa are cute. If I didn't start using a guide, I would have HATED the puzzles.
50 tries later: "FINE!!! I'll junction one other character too"

No. No, I don't think I will. I will reload until I get Squall, Rinoa, and Irvine. Splitting up the GFs among six instead of three ruins my setup. >:(

I got confused by the instructions and was just like "nah, not this time" lol.
Almost done!!! Only two more fights to beat the game. But it is 10:45pm and I should get ready for bed.
Maybe one day I'll replay and do the card game stuff, since I do like Final Fantasy card games.
I never bother with ultimate weapons. Usually the process of getting them is too long and tedious to bother.
So I guess I'm ready for the final mission?
FF8 update: At the point of "make sure to do all the side stuff you want before starting the final mission." I have all the GFs I can get at this point besides Leviathan (missed the draw). Characters are ~level 65. Did the chocobo quests earlier. I don't think I care much about the other side stuff.
