Story Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance Sora and Riku discover Julius while in Traverse Town's Fountain Plaza, where he jumps out of the sewer in the middle of the area and proceeds to attack them. Upon his defeat, Julius scrambles back into the sewer.

Doubly funny to me is that this guy is the game's superboss. Typically the superboss of a kingdom hearts game is a character who's somehow important in the next game but here it's Frankenstein Pete from the short that Disney hates
