It’s hard, though, to discount the obvious factors.
Evangelicals don’t fly Israeli flags, synagogs do. Bibi claims Israel’s actions are on behalf of Jews worldwide.
These are 1st tier reasons.

Seems like disruption of oil supplies was intentional. Russia gets rich, oil oligarchs get rich, and Trump uses it as justification to “drill, baby, drill” … meaning more payoffs and corruption.
