1/31 Downtown w/the labor / anti-ice rally in Portland. The crowd was vocal & empowering, led by OFNHP tribute to a nurse colleague. People of all ages, colors, trades, abilities -exercising 1 amendment rights.

Who would review the harm and then constitutionality of Congress abolishing lower federal courts based on Good Behavior of the judges? I suspect the Supreme Court could restrict judicial power but if the sole reason is to limit national injunctions, then what? Is congress overstepping?
