I just feel like if its going to take up so much of my screen and persist as an icon, why not just have the notification where it always is and just open the window fully? Its not like I can see whatever is behind it, anyway.

So doing that, there was nothing related to Bubbles. But I was able to find this and switch it from Bubbles to Off by searching for "Notification" in my settings??? And it worked, so that's cool. Why is this a feature

To anyone with an Android phone, are Telegram notifications being weird? Instead of just switching to the app, it's opening a popup window that takes up most of the screen, and the app icon just occupies space on the edge of the screen. How the fuck do I stop this.
