This campaign isn’t possible without our awesome team of volunteers. I’m so grateful for the ways they’ve shown up and given their time to this campaign. If you want to get involved as a volunteer, visit the “Volunteer” tab on our website. Join the fun!
Fun fact: I thrive on a busy schedule. Packed events across Maine are how we listen, meet voters all across Maine, answer tough questions, and talk directly with voters about how I’ll best deliver results on the urgent challenges we face.
Very grateful to my friends David Cousens and Steve Train for this endorsement. These two fishermen aren't shy about their opinions and they've been fierce advocates for their industry over the years. That makes their support a big deal to me!

New poll alert! With less than 100 days before the primary, momentum continues to build for Team Hannah. We feel it on the ground. The ranked-choice primary is June 9th and we are building a coalition to win!
My team says I’m great at selfies—I’m not so sure, but I love taking them with new friends and familiar faces I meet on the trail. Last weekend’s big energy from Maine Democrats fired me up, and I’m ready to win in 2026 with a proven record of standing up for Mainers.
Some good news for your Sunday.
This is deeply alarming and should shake the American people to their core. Elections follow state and federal laws. States run their own elections. Period.

BIG day! We officially qualified to be on the ballot today thanks to 100+ volunteers who helped us gather signatures from every county in Maine and more than 140 towns. Hugely grateful for the incredible grassroots support fueling this campaign. We are running the best campaign and we can win.
It was great to spend the morning knocking doors doing GOTV with my campaign team in Lewiston for Scott Harriman’s special election. This is a very important election! If you live in House District 94 in Lewiston, you can go vote for Scott until 8pm at the Longley School.
I’m committing to working with Tribal Leaders to pass a Sovereignty bill in my first 100 days as governor. Recognizing Tribal nations with the same recognition as the other 574 Tribes is long overdue and vitally important.
I know it matters here in Maine—to the fishermen in my community, to the farmers and foresters seeing the impacts of a changing climate each year, and to the children of Maine who will inherit the world we’ve created for them.
Right now some governors across this country have been leading to protect our environment and fight climate change—and they must step up even more with this decision. I've been doing that for my entire career in public service.
The Trump Administration has made a grave decision to ignore science and disregard the real impacts of climate change. By moving to abandon the EPA’s “endangerment finding”, they are opening the door to more pollution, more extreme weather, and more harm to our health and our economy...
Health care costs are outrageous. Hospitals are struggling. Mainers can’t find primary care—and extremists in Washington are playing politics with public health. I’ll create a public option, cut drug costs, crack down on price gouging, and invest in real care across Maine. Here’s the plan:
Thank you, Drew, for your trust, for your support, and for sharing the story about the care of your mom. As Governor, I'll continue to stand with immigrant communities and with leaders like Drew to protect families, uphold dignity, and build a bright future for Maine.
Basketball season is one of my favorite times of the year. So proud of both my kids, their teams, and all their hard work, and grateful for their coaches and community who rally so hard around them!
The sheriff told the truth—and ICE’s response proved his point. Demanding the sheriff’s employment records after he spoke out is, in the words of Sheriff Joyce, “bush league” behavior or worse. This administration is out of control. They need to be stopped and held accountable.
Donald Trump wants to nationalize our elections and mount an outrageous assault on the Constitution and our democracy. As Maine’s next governor, I won’t allow him to meddle in our elections and I'll take him to court to protect our elections and our fundamental voting rights.
What an AMAZING turnout at our office opening party! Thank you to everyone who came out on this frigid Saturday morning, grabbed a clipboard, and helped launch this next chapter. There’s a lot of work ahead and we have a great team helping us. Let’s do this!
I was inspired to join Maine nurses for a vigil this evening in Portland to honor the life of Alex Pretti. Our state has been through a lot the past couple of weeks but Mainers keep showing up for each other. Nurses do the heavy lifting caring for us, and they always show up for their communities.
This is both outrageous and heartbreaking. Senator Susan Collins has the power to stop funding this terror. Keep calling and standing up! We need ICE OUT of Maine. NOW!
Serving with Senator Lynn Bromley in the Legislature showed me, every day, what thoughtful, principled leadership looks like: listening first, doing the hard work, and never losing sight of serving Maine people.

Calling for more “training” for ICE while ignoring the reality on the ground isn’t leadership. It’s avoidance. Senator Collins must vote NO on the DHS budget. This is about accountability, human decency, and stopping lawless abuse of power.
ICE OUT of Maine.
The Bangor Daily News knows its stuff. I’m the Democratic candidate running the campaign to win in 2026.

I’m honored to earn the endorsement of Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund.
Every fight has taught me the importance of standing up for and staying connected to the people you’re fighting for.
As governor, I’ll keep fighting for Maine people and our future.

With Trump attacking our healthcare system, supporting nurses—especially in rural Maine—is more critical than ever. Houlton Regional’s nurses are among the lowest paid and have gone nearly a year without a contract. I’m grateful they’re standing up for patient safety and fair wages.
Trump’s plan to slash funding for permanent housing threatens Maine’s most vulnerable, risking half of the state’s homelessness-prevention funds. At a time of rising housing costs, Maine’s next Governor must fight to protect affordable housing.

It was a fun night and so great to talk with so many about the future of Maine and what’s at stake in 2026. We also celebrated the hard work of the Maine Democratic Party’s staff and volunteers in defeating Question 1 earlier this month!
I had a great time gathering with other Maine Democrats at the Blue Wave Gala in Portland. I was excited to meet Governor Pritzker, Officer Harry Dunn, and DNC Vice Chair Malcolm Kenyatta and thank them for their incredible leadership.
