Since I moved, one of my PC monitors has been glitching out on occasion. I was worried it was the monitor, but I got another DisplayPort cable from work today (we were basically throwing out excess cables) and now it's fine! It was the cable all along!

What you REALLY need to be doing is telling your representatives that you also don't want to see the FCC's ownership cap modified (it has to go through Congress!) along with all the other terrible things that keep getting proposed.

Nexstar needs The Administration to change the ownership rules so they can buy Tegna. Sinclair probably wants this change too, so they can gobble up another group or two. They've both been trying to get deregulation pushed through and see the current Situation as prime time to do it.

A growing chunk of local television stations are under the control of (if not outright owned) by like six big companies nobody really knows about. One of the groups that started this (Nexstar) wants to buy one of the other big ones (Tegna) and that's really what this is probably about.

Really feel like Online has lost the plot to the Kimmel discourse, by completely glossing over the part where two companies that own a good chunk of the television stations in this country decided they didn't want to air network programming because their respective CEOs didn't like it.

This thing is in really good condition, and seems to be all-original! The handset is Bakelite and all the components have the same date code stamp (6/53). Will need to do something to make it "work"!
