I just wish there was more I could do for her. I have already witnessed first hand how hard it's been for her and it's why we've been so patient about a lot of things with this house. She loves us and wants us here. She's given us gifts. She's the only landlady I've ever liked.

I guess the HOA is not happy with how slow the process has been to change the deed over and is charging her $250 and included a full certificate of his death with details I really wish I didn't immediately see when opening the mail that was directed to just "our household"

I fucking hate HOA's. I don't care if this isn't something I am supposed to be handling, I'm still pissed.
