Manami could feel her heart begin to pick up in pace. She felt that warmth again, the one she felt (and Emi surely has as well; she had seen the signs of mutual reaction) whenever they were alone and needed each other's company. 2. [background] In that embrace they could feel it all, the excitement of the journey, the anticipation of keeping in touch, the loneliness that would surely be felt when things were slow in their lives. They lingered on these feelings, as well as the physical touch that they knew would be missed greatly. When they finally began to let go, there was still some hesitation from Emi, who gently held onto Manami’s sleeve even as they parted. “Manami…” she whispered so softly, her lips barely parted. Looking into her eyes revealed a yearning for more. “Emi, please…” Manami didn't want her last sight of Emi before her trip to be one of sadness. That would just make her heart break. She felt compelled to move in again but not for a hug. With a steady gaze, she watched as the distance between her and Emi's faces decreased until they were literally centimeters apart. Emi had made no move herself. The centimeters diminishing before her, Emi could feel her sadness begin to fade away along with the distance, and her eyes took on a gentler expression before they fluttered shut.

I love how Kasuga expresses herself with intense aura

Her legs are plated in the same gilded scales and end in golden cloven hooves with gold dewclaws. Her horn is curved like a scythe, and her dragon-like whiskers zigzag into the sky above her. She is surrounded by a divine glow as shooting stars cascade in the background.
