Around 3 pm today, airstrikes reportedly hit 5 medical facilities in Idlib City, Syria, incl. 4 hospitals (one with a maternity ward). Flight data from @SentrySyria shows two Russian aircraft departed Hmeimim and circled above the opposition-held city at the time of the strikes.

The building struck in municipal Beirut this afternoon is the headquarters of the Ba’ath party in Lebanon, geolocated here 33.883045, 35.50906. It's in the Ras el Nabaa neighbourhood, well within Beirut's city limits
