I can't actually think of a 3-d Zelda temple I super strongly dislike. The closest is maybe the forest temple in TP but that's more of a "it's alright" than a dislike

OoT/MM were mostly an issue due to tediousness with mechanics rather than the temples themselves
TP's water temple is interesting and the boss is wild
SS has the best one overall, if you count the Ancient Cistern as a water temple

My most contrarian opinion on Zelda is that the Water Temples in the pre-BOTW/TOTK era 3-d games were good, actually
