93 pounds difference. My back, knees, ankles no longer hurt. No longer pre-diabetic. A1C/cholesterol levels safe. I fit in an airplane seats & shop for clothes in any store. I’m not changing the world but we all need something we can be proud of. Victories keep me going when I feel like giving up.

Saturday grocery shopping. It’s always nice when the stores open early and you can get up, go shopping before the crowds get too crazy and be done by at least 11:00.

All suited up and heading into the office to deliver some trainings. I don’t get as many opportunities to get all dressed up like I used to but when I do I always like to look my best and since suits are very form fitting it’s always a bonus they still fit and button. 😊
