Tbf, flags are in certain areas around the city region. Plenty here in Southport (old Victorian seaside town) and a few places in Liverpool itself. Not always in working class areas. Liverpool is enigmatic when it comes to politics

They clearly didn’t read my work on regulation where I point out that burdensome regulations to stop people harming themselves typically only works if those affected agree with it. Otherwise they will find ways to carry on doing the same thing, often with additional risks, creating new problems.
