multi, a fat purple bunny-esque inflatable creature, stands before a shapeshifted hexcat mimicking him. identifiable by their bright blue color, the ear diamond and chest squares, as well as a letter H patch on their shoulder where there should be an M. they also lack hands compared to multi, leaving only large round flippers. they glare smugly at multi, poking him with one arm and saying "yknow i think i prefer the complete lack of paws. and the squirkness, kinda." multi just stares

My sona, Multi, staring wall-eyed off into the void, not thinking a single thought. And I guess this is a good post to give an actual physical description of Multi: A lavender creature of indeterminate species. He has long, rounded ears, a purple hair tuft on his head, rounded glasses, a vaguely dragon-like snout, tufts of cheek fur, and a gigantic tail. He wears a big purple sweater with a puffy collar, a pouch, and an "M" emblem on his right sleeve. There are seams visible along every part of his face and body, giving him the appearance of a plushie or a pooltoy.

An image of my sona Multi, at 100% scale. Due to its small size, the compression artifacts are very noticeable and tarnish the quality of the image.

The same image as before, but now at 200% scale. The artifacting is not completely gone, but it is much less noticeable.

i'm not explicitly a pixel artist, but i draw with an aliased brush. from experience, i find that even just 2x upscaling is enough to get rid of almost all the compression artifacts
