which is to say i'm sure i'm not the only one who has appreciated your comics even more than usual lately, cuz in times like these, it helps to be occasionally reminded through art and writing that other emotions BESIDES fear, frustration, guilt, or sadness are still meaningful parts of being human

the uncomfortable truth i've had to accept in the past year is that we're unlikely to have many days when something serious and terrible and stressful ISN'T happening somewhere, and if i postpone or limit sharing my art because of "bad timing" i'll waste all my chances to comfort others through this

hmmm. maybe it's time for DK64 Randomizer again. it's been a while. i will think on this more while i clean some stuff and eat dinner, but i'm leaning towards either DK64 or Noita, and idk if i'm really in a Noita kinda mood tonight. i think i want something lighthearted and low-stress

as much as i'd LOVE to do more Tunic Rando, i feel bad doing too many streams of a game i keep actively encouraging ppl not to watch for spoiler reasons lol, so i'd prob rather do something without that issue tonight. trying to think what else i can beat in one stream that i haven't done lately...

i was very productive with packing and travel prep today so i should be on track for a normal stream at the usual time tonight. the question is WHAT to stream this time... hmmmm

Just realized I don't have to wait til the con starts to post my finished badge, so here's the design I'll be wearing around for Vancoufur 2026 next week (the theme is Wonderland)! I'm quite proud of how it turned out!

alright my laundry's just about done and i'm gonna eat some dinner now before folding it, so i SHOULD be able to do a shorter stream tonight. honestly i might just do Tunic Rando after all, but simply do a single (~2-3 hour) run again? i think that'd be fine

ok actually I might've lied, it'd make more sense to skip tonight's stream (unless I start later and play something short) to get more travel prep done, and then stream Tunic tomorrow night instead? cuz if I do laundry tonight, my clothes will be ready to pack tomorrow

i do wish they'd had the split dpad buttons in the same colours-under-glossy-plastic look as the originals tho, cuz the clear plastic by itself looks MUCH duller. if i knew they would stand out this much i probably would've just gotten blue/purple ones. the sticks are cool tho! they glow in the dark
