It’s is almost always a bad look.

Chris your squad finished 21st in the league. It’s not negative to cover a bad team and say they’re bad. Keep up the yeomens work of covering a club and caring more about them then the owner of said club @burgundywave.bsky.social

This is such a whiny, unprofessional response from Chris Armas. Most markets around MLS would kill to have the type of coverage @bymattpollard.bsky.social brings every week, and to go after him like this for an incredibly fair question is embarrassing.

We are grateful for publications like the @burgundywave.bsky.social who tirelessly cover their local clubs. Keep up the great work @bymattpollard.bsky.social !

Put out a middle of the pack product, expect coverage that reflects that. For Armas to pick this moment to publicly bash Burgundy Wave was unprofessional and it was much nastier than any coverage BW has offered the club. Matt is as good as it gets.

Vancouver Whitecaps just got a red card for DOGSO. Laborda. Dallas are up a man. That hurts Colorado's limited playoff hopes.
