Following up my prior tweet without threading it: What is the dark side of weight loss pharma according to an expert by now in myself and a CNC by certification? Threefold:

Rambling and living has made me appreciate American English more deeply. I rarely get to use American slang, rather deeper ways to use simple words to communicate with non-native speakers. Lately loving on "like a bat outta hell" and "greased lightning", both phrases made it into musical canon too.
