Legit the most disappointed I've ever been with a sequel in my entire life.

Why is it a reboot? Why is Faith so egregiously unlikable? What happened to the level design?

Mirrors Edge is timeless, and this felt like it got strangled to near death by corporate demanding it tick check-boxes.

I remember thinking it was super sick and then I rewatched it only a few years ago. It's literally so jarring to follow, the camera is just going so nuts you barely get to settle on a single exchange.

Episode 1 is probably worse, but the Duel of Fates is 100x more exciting as a fight scene, still.

Girlfriend took a surprise picture of me from behind and I didn't immediately wretch upon perceiving myself. Needless to say this weight loss thing is working, I think.

Never played AC before, so I had no real expectations. I ended up liking it! Some of the checkpoint placement was frustrating but when you finally hit a dogfight where you're fully locked in, it feels really good. Story was meh, mostly just hype/aura.

I see what the game was trying to do and a lot of it is honestly really interesting, but even compared to its contemporaries in 1998, it just falls short in almost every regard.

Hit credits on Star Ocean: The Second Story R. I didn't play this as a kid, so I was excited to try it out.

I wont lie. I ended up kinda hating it.

First half of the game is fine, if kind of rote. Second half is a disaster. Combat is a mess, story just flies off the rails. It was not enjoyable 😬

I haven't played a MOBA in like 10 years and am also notoriously shit at PVP shooters, but I just saw the new Hidden King intro for Deadlock...

Man,that is some of the coolest, most striking direction I've seen out of a game in forever and it has me kinda interested.

I love this series in a junk-food sort of way, so I expected at max a 7/10.

Happy to report that it's not only the Best DL game, but one of the best zombie games I've played in a minute. Great parkour, crunchy combat, and surprisingly well written too!

I voted for Mark Carney out of obligation, that he was the best guy for the job during these messed up times.

I liked this one more than the first book in the trilogy. Much stronger character moments this time around, though it still tends to drag a bit.
