Anyone who walks or surfs along these SoCal beaches knows you'll most certainly end up with globs of tar on your feet, board, or wetsuit. Some of that is naturally occurring but it gives an idea of what a larger spill can do. It's nasty stuff, and more drilling should never be allowed.
