Tldr: It's not going to feel good to bring up past mistakes but that doesn't mean it's brought up to personally make you or London feel bad.
Evidence is needed or there's no claim to the reoccurring history of those behaviors. It assures a clear line of reference, if possible, avoiding hearsay.

Resorting to name calling, because an untruthful statement was pointed out. Posting pages and pages of text on how you personally feel about something that was stated many times as non-inciting. That's what you are doing.

You ignored parts where updates were acknowledged and got upset. Focusing on this drama narrative. Just because you feel or think that's the motive, doesn't mean it's true.

Nowhere is the post calling for drama. It's pointing out past behaviors that need evidence to back up the claims. Nothing more

Seems like you're just upset about the response. This account has had little to no interaction on the posts. There's no drama here. If you and London take every critique as an attack, why would anyone want to reach out to confirm things?

You said things were the same on the trello. They aren't.

If it was as easy to sort out, it wouldn't be so hard to find absolute numbers for things. Seeing as past documentation keeps being deleted- it can get tricky trying to stay as accurate as possible.

The new Trello may be less confusing but it is very similar to the old one anyway, which could have been archived or edited at the very least.

Changes to the year will be made, but it is still about 2 years waiting for an adopt. This mishap occurring in 2023 is more concerning.

Clients being accidently forgotten is not professional- and the point of #2 was to highlight the history of this behavior.

1. This is all information that was gathered from the New Trello as far as what could be made out. An edit to the list to 4/32 for ART Owed can be made with this additional info.

Quite concerning to who? This post in particular is only acknowledging what has been accepted as the official queue.

Again this isn't to smear or demean the progress made. It's about pointing out the flaws in communication and transparency over time.
I will be so happy to confidently say this is all in the past, but right now these previous behaviors/patterns are still affecting many former clients.

Remember, this artist was supposed to stop taking commissions numerous times throughout their career- so a lot of owed art work was from years and years ago. The old Trello was about the closest to absolute transparency that the community had for the history, both good and bad, of this queue.

The Old Trello helps gauge how long a former client has waited for their art. Without further proof from clients who have been along for this decades long ride- (and who have kept receipts as far back as 2009 post coming soon*) How else would they prove they are owed?

38/68 Art Refunds have been issued so far.

7,618 in refunds are currently owed with an additional 623.40 owed to clients who have yet to provide contact information- total of 8,241.4. *There are also 3 refunds of an unknown amount on the queue.*

There are 7/37 people on the art refund list and the monthly art commission queue so far' has 4/20 completed. *9/39 for the art refund list if you count merch refunds.

That being said they are doing stellar with refunds so far. Starting with lower prices then going to larger ones. The art queue is starting to lag behind, but there are updates about a temporary pause with work hopefully being started up again in July2025. x.com/wizilyoffaci...

^Look at how they forgot to add a user for 5 months to the queue after already being reminded once. With this information, there's an inconclusive roadmap to what is owed and what was delivered. Granted this was YEARS ago and London/Vani was younger.

At the time, there had also been some controversial decisions made for paying to have your work bumped up in the queue. A practice we saw try to raise it's head in 2024, though it was not an offer taken according to the manager at the time- with the client on the June Art Queue.

This older Trello included dates that former and current clients were added to the list. These dated back to commissions owed from before 2015. So much time had passed that London had requested clients to reach out to be added to this list each time it was posted due to the backlog.

While the old Trello had been edited by the previous manager (LuxebytesCEO), it still retained a history of cards(posts) to the list. These posts were, at the very least, a way for potential supporters to see the history of the work history posted and acknowledged by London themselves.
