11.04.2025 18:21 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Users should have ease in finding the history and of any artist they want to make a transaction with. I personally believe that things can turn around for the better like they have with other artists.
11.04.2025 02:35 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0For misinformation, it is not untrue to say some people have waited ~10 years to be made whole.
These are only Some of the victims that have come forward to make an AB post (or any SM post that's not deleted), didn't file charge backs, or have been successfully contacted and added to the queue.
Again, this is a pattern that has persisted for nearly 20 years.
They have plenty of progress recently, with varying levels of effort and success over the years. Including waiting for people to fill out reform forms, making journals, and managers putting in effort to contact old users.

May they continue to work on their progress~

Has seemingly deleted/privated their old trello site.

Which if it has changed now it still feels exactly like they said which is going back on that promise.
If the new arrangement is adding more to it, it is understandable to be skeptical if it wasn't feasible before.
March is here. Hopefully this is the final statement they have to make!
Good, but they have not communicated or ignored a lot of people indiscriminately in the past. But I was mainly referencing what they said on their 2025 statement about adopts and bases for the broken promises thing. I hope that answers the question.
04.03.2025 01:28 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0We know YOU are the manager but comments like these are why you have the reputation you do. Why get so upset over keeping the trello more accessible to the public.
If there's no newer ways they will try to do things or no budging in any direction but your plan, then OK.
You and London are free to do what you want.
No one is saying otherwise and you have full ability to disengage at any time.
The Old Trello was on their pinned posts b4, and sooner or later it was removed entirely from easy access, that's including the Carrd link.
It's good to be there in any way.
Harmed their reputation? Regardless of the SPECULATION that was clearly stated as such MANY TIMES, they did that on their own. By again, jumping to do damage control for someone they "aren't a fan" of.
One of which was on a post that was already heated about the discussion not in London's favor.
The account is still up. They are a fan. They came to other's posts on Luxebytes' scamming history, not the other way around. With a brand new account to boot, to say the talking points you and London say. That had the most engagement with other's comments on specifically London's scamming.
04.03.2025 01:04 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0So I appreciate the time it took to answer these questions and organize/update their queue.
I strongly feel London speaking out would help a bit more, but I respect that you're the manager now and answered to the best of your ability after consulting them.
There's plenty of deleted posts/comments, websites, mismanaged archives, and damage control that compelled me to put together some moments of accountability in the first place. It's hard to trust when it feels like the artist has not been transparent with the community.
03.03.2025 19:32 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Saying the pattern has lasted around 20 years I feel is fair. 5~10yr periods are still very, very long for victims to wait for debts to be resolved over the years, especially with periods of uncertainty/radio silence over time. It would be a # yr issue with a # yr past history adding up to ~20.
03.03.2025 19:32 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Stating these facts is not a attack, there's people to refund or make art for, regardless if on a list or not. That started ~2012, 2016 and now 2025 for art and other purchases from ~2007-and not in every year since, but up to now in 2025.
03.03.2025 19:32 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0which is a given. Yet there are a lot of folks added to the list after promises to not take commissions, and do adopts, bases, etc..
The clients may be accounted for but that isn't the same as they have been made whole.
I am also not saying that people are on the list from 2007 still either. It's been a concern to keep track of client info and refund/art details on the artist's end in some past comments.
That is all while acknowledging the fact that the list has changed since ~2007(2012)
If there is a time period when the queue of folks who came out during 2012 was completed FULLY. I will archive that.
As of now, there is no way to see who was added at what date on the updated trello, or the old one, but the dates they are added are archived for reference.
"Regardless of the time taken to give out refunds and owed art. Even if done over two 7-9 year periods, the patterns causing the callouts have stayed the same."
I am not saying they haven't paid back refunds/art to people waiting years. I am saying they have been working on it since ~2007(2012).
Once corrected, it would be a good idea to keep the link on the bios not under any other links for ease of access. I don't see why it shouldn't be more visible in this case.

I've added a lot of aliases to the profile.

Update: it was a fan who had contact with the manager.
They have since deleted their profile.
Updated for typo and clarity.
28.02.2025 19:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I've located at least one person who was added in 2015 found in the archived info. that would mean the comm was made in 2015 or before. They are on the updated queue.
When is the length of time the queue has been completed? I'd like to add it to the archives.
Refunds/art owed are also archived.
I'm confused what you mean. If this list is from 2016 to now with the majority, but not all, returned that would mean about 10years to get to the updated progress with around 50 owed still.
And the previous issues of refunds from 2007-2016 have all been cleared to London's knowledge.
The truth is- this has been a problem for 20years. The narrative shows problems with maintaining a queue for about that long. Regardless of the time taken to give out refunds and owed art. Even if done over two 7-9 year periods, the patterns causing the callouts have stayed the same.
28.02.2025 18:39 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0For the handle changes. Good. A lot of people change their handles and names, but lack the same context as London's though. For the community to feel safe, I think it's a good idea to not nuke all previous posts of the previous/current profile if/when London decides to change.
