I've always said (as have others) that until the impact is personally felt (and event THEN some may not admit their mistake) they will not change their viewpoint. Too soon for some, but I think for others the clouded vision is clearing...

This makes me so sad. I was never a Walmart shopper but as a fellow Minnesotan, my heart hurts for the impacted folks.

Fair. We always had PE and recess, too, so there were many opportunities to move.

Unpopular opinion here, but I earned that award 4th, 5th and 6th grade and was proud of the accomplishments. I don't see this as a bad thing but then, the kids who weren't athletic at my school weren't bullied.
