Today is Rare Disease Awareness Day — my goddaughter Dottie Mae has Aicardi Syndrome (only about 1000 little girls in the U.S. / 4000 worldwide have it). She’s been such a trooper with it all and makes strides every day. She knows that flash that smile to get whatever she wants from Uncle Scott. 💕
