Point of information on Kevin Warsh's @WSJ op-ed. There's a legitimate debate over whether inflation progress has stalled, but Warsh is describing current inflation using opaque language to maximize fear factor. Fed target is 2% PCE. Core PCE is 2.8% YY, market-based core 2.4%, headline 2.4%.

Apparently some workers drive in from the boroughs and have to pay the fee. And restaurants with small storage spaces used to have multiple deliveries per week. But their suppliers are charging more. It's all for a common good -- less traffic/congestion but there are unintended consequences.
