I just had to look up what Lagoon is, it looks interesting but we don’t own it.

These hexes are from the game Slide Blast. It was actually our “gateway game.” We played it with our kid and realized there were games we could all enjoy and went looking for more.

I was looking at a painting supply today that said it was good for ppl with latex allergies and then saw its synthetic latex and laughed… yeah my body doesn’t like that either… it very much thought our rug with synthetic latex was enemy #1

My husband had surgery yesterday and 9 is struggling today.

One friend had her kiddo FaceTime so the kids could play together this morning

My kids are normally all in on cheering. My youngest is all in for Hurley no matter what cards end up in the deck

Our children’s hospital just had a medical student positive that was all over the medical buildings before testing positive.
Our kids are only partially vaccinated due to medical reasons, we rely on herd immunity, this one gaining speed again sucks

I’ve been painting and posting on fb a daily watercolor with a song clip attached that will maybe help my community think through the events of the world at the moment. It won’t fix it all but it’s helping my brain to make art daily. Art is resistance

I really dislike this culture of everyone needs to be their own brand

I especially hate it in the medical parenting community where it use to be a culture of helping

Watching his fall (as a former pass holder) has been something to watch. Ppl LOVED him, he had so much built up goodwill, and he spent it so fast before he even became CEO

I literally started a Google doc a couple months ago to act as Pinterest because it’s no longer useful

My husband is currently teaching my teen how to paint her own nails. It’s sweet!
