Leo leaning down to whisper into Raph's ear as he stuffs another eclair into Raph's maw:

Raph knowing his addiction to cookies wasn't only worsening his waistline, but he didn't care.

Donnie, sick of the "chore" of eating to nourish his body, installs a portal feeding system to his stomach.

Of course he doesn't know Mikey has been sneaking in at night to add an extra 10k cals worth of butter to the external portal, hence Don's recent spike in weight.

"This is mandatory stomach-training, no you cannot stop because you feel 'full.' This is a test of wills, mind over matter, so keep EATING!" Leo barked before grabbing Mikey's plump head & shoving it into the cake, holding firm while Mikey chewed his way to breath of fresh air...

Hot-headed Leo and quick-tempered Raph still getting into weird arguments, even in the middle of ninja retirement as they yet against squabbled over who's pot belly was bigger, resulting in an aggressive belly-bumping match that Mikey just watched, popcorn in hand...

Donnie huffing impatiently as the hydraulic lift hoisted in his 1600 lb frame up into a sitting position, then had to wait AGAIN for his courier bot to grab the 6 pizzas from the fridge for his breakfast.

How annoying...

Leo finding a second passion in competing in pie eating contests, as a measure of his own control over his body to push pass the limits of consumption (i.e. mind over body). Sure that means he plumped up to 450 lbs within a year, but winning was far too gratifying...

Mikey belching in Donnie's maw, shortcircuiting the brainiac's mind, making him suddenly forget the lecture on "diet and exercise" and suddenly feeling hungry himself.

Mikey just smirked, knowing the gluttonous "virus" had been spread to yet another turtle...

Leo using his guided meditation of the ninja gang to implant subconscious seeds of gluttony, lethargy, and gainerism, so that when the turtles start packing on weight and skipping training, he (Mr. Perfect) can use the excuse to let himself go and relax too...

800 lb Mikey sitting on Raph in the dojo while he meditates, proving once and for all that all those "workouts" that Raph was doing paled in comparison to the strength that comes from several hundred pounds of turtle bulk...

Instead of cutting back on their gluttony, Donnie invents mechanical exosuits to aid the 800 lb Leo, 900 lb Mikey, 950 lb Raph, and 1100 lb Donnie himself to "walk" (i.e. mechanical waddle) around lair, particularly to the fridge for another gut-busting snack...

Donnie convincing Raph that if he wants to bulk up, he needs to eat 15,000 calories a day.

Donnie then sits back and watches Raph gorge every day for 6 months, packing on 15% muscle "gains" and the rest turning into bulbous fat on Raph's increasingly out of shape figure...

Obese Mikey getting bored of Leo's nagging about his sweaty, flabby, cellulite-riddled weight, so he just sits on Leo for about an hour, soaking his ass sweating Leo's skin, forcing Leo to shower all afternoon and leave Mikey alone in peace and quiet (and surrounded by snacks)...

Bros secretly fattening up Leo, knowing once he was out of shape enough, his pride would led him to cancel practice so his bros wouldn't notice how sweaty and lardy he'd become...

7'6" 700 lb Donnie as a towering, fat nerd, using his bulk to bully Leo it letting him out of training so only continued to get fatter and lazier.

Just a useless mountain of growing turtle nerd blubber that often crushed an annoying bro beneath his wide-loaded, weighty rump...

Leo and Mikey watching dumbfounded as 550 lb Raph waddled into the living room, wheezing from effort, sweat pouring from his fat folds, and sitting down with a near-couch destroying plop.

Only for Raph to proclaiming his "bulking" phase was still only half way complete...

Leo forcing Mikey to get fat, conveying that if Mikey wanted to be a couch potato, Leo would ensure he embodied the part:

Force tube feeding, appetite ablators from Donnie, all to ensure Mikey packs on 500 lbs of permanent, useless flab, leaving him immobile in front of the TV.

Turtle bros opening a pizza shop, but in the competitive restaurant climate, they get few customers and thus are forced to consume much of the pizza themselves to "save money on groceries" prompting them to each fatten up 100 lbs within the first 6 months of opening...

Neurotic 450 lb Leo forcing his bros to gain weight so that he can still be the "thinnest" and "most in shape" and can flaunt his "superior self-discipline" on his bros when they're each tube fed into 800 lb immobile blobs...

Donnie sick of Raph's fitness arrogance so he used his reality-alteration device to re-write history so that instead of a gym rat, Raph had ALWAYS been a couch potato dweeb, watching in real time as Raph turned from a muscle hunk into a 450 lb short stack, wobbling anime nerd...

In all his brilliance, Donnie still hadn't noticed that his bros were intentionally trying to fatten him up.

All those snacks from Leo, take out runs from Raph, and heaping homecooked meals from Mikey were not just "nice" acts, but designed to fatten him up into a 700 lb blob...

Don pretending like a certain animated movie hadn't awoken something in him and he had no idea that giving hoverbeds to all the turtle bros would make them dependent on the convenience as they fatten up into muscle-atrophied 650 lb blobs now DEPENDENT on the air mobility support.

Raph waking up to the sound mechanical sound of the feeder hose being lowered and the beep of the forklift carrying in the day's 3 barrels of lard that were going to be pumped into his already 1600 lb, cascading, immobile body...

Mikey purposefully getting fat because he can.
Mikey purposefully getting fat to annoy Leo.
Mikey purposefully getting fat to become useless and thus get out of training.

Mikey purposefully getting fat... because he likes being fat...

Mikey thought he was doing Donnie a favor by corrupting his AI assistant to replace all those boring fruits and veggies with cookies and junk food, not realizing that the AI would be so persistent, FORCING Donnie to eat all that junk food and thus fatten up to 500 lbs...

Mikey poking a finger into Raph's gut, his digit sinking nearly up to the knuckle in the soft, gelatinous, malleable flesh.

Mikey: So... I see the bulking phase is going "well"...

300 lb Leo pulling a stool up to the open fridge and beginning yet another gorging session:

He knew that those 12 slices of pizza would fatten his hips wider.

He knew that guzzling that jug of milk would grow his moobs more.

Still, he ate. Still he gorged. Still he gained.

Mikey as a 450 lb pizza delivery driver... who was only 150 lbs at the start of the new gig 6 months ago.
