Woke up on St Brigid’s Day / Imbolg in my parents’ house so was able to wish my mother a happy #Imbolc before returning to Cork. Watched a couple of witchy reels on Instagram so got an idea or two to honour the first day of Spring (per the Celtic calendar 🌱). Feeling excited for change this year!

Home for a few days in Dublin and so ready to relax for the long weekend!

It’s also an opportunity to embrace my “Weird”, which is what I’ve returned to for the past 2ish months. It’s not a fad, though; my renewed spirituality is still kept in line with my physical (gym), social, and professional sides. But it certainly feels like I have all 4 quarters levelled again. ✨

It’s a month since my last New Moon spell and alongside some other practices like journaling & shadow work, I’ve noticed so much inner change lately. With tonight’s 🌑 in ♒️ (my own sign) it provides a more potent opportunity to reinforce my desire to let go of the past & toxic energies. #witchsky

Finally got around to consecrating my new Book of Shadows with a first page written in Irish in the old Gaelic font (Leaḃar Draíoċta an Ḃuitléiriġ, or Butler’s Book of Magick) alongside a poetic introduction. Charging it with clear quartz, hematite, an opalite. Excited! ✨ #witchcraft #magick #witch
